Before Booking Your Appointment

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.  All payments made are final.

  • Treatments with an appointment duration over 2 hours will require payment details to be held on file. Payment details are safely secured. In the event of a No Show or Cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the outstanding service fee.

  • You must be 18 years of age or over to receive our services. We may ask for proof at your appointment

  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding. Please ensure you are 6 weeks postpartum before making an appointment if you are not nursing.

  • Please contact us before booking if you have any medical conditions or if you are taking regular medications/ medical treatments. We may require a doctor's clearance letter before we are able to service you.

  • You must inform us before booking a permanent makeup service if you have pre-existing permanent makeup performed by another artist. Please email us with clear photos of your brows/lips for approval. Your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited should you attend an appointment with pigment in your brows/lips.

  • There should be no direct sun exposure for 2 weeks prior and post your brow procedure. Please ensure if going abroad you schedule your appointment a minimum of 2 weeks before or after your holiday

  • Brow tinting, threading, waxing or any other hair removal method to the brow area should be avoided a minimum of 1 week prior to your brow procedure 

  • It is advised that you wait a minimum of 3 weeks post your brow procedure if you wish to have Botox. Please ensure you inform your technician

  • Any invasive treatments should be carried out 6 weeks or more prior to your brow procedure. A clearance note from your GP will be required.

  • Avoid Retinol and any harsh chemicals on your face for 4 weeks prior to your appointment. These products can make the skin sensitive and affect the results of the permanent makeup.

  • You must leave 14 days between having a vaccine and your brow appointment.

  • Results will vary between each individual. Additional colour boosts may be required to achieve desired results. Charges will apply.

  • Before booking your brow tattoo please ensure you are emotionally ready for the healing process. Your brows will go through a number of changes whilst they are healing and may look unflattering for a number of days before the final results are revealed.

Preparing For Your Appointment

  • Please ensure you complete your patch test a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. This will be posted to you at the end of the calendar month before your appointment. You can sign a waiver at the appointment if you do not patch test.

  • Please sustain from smoking the day of your appointment.

  • Please ensure you avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and caffeine for 24/48 hours to avoid excessive bleeding during your brow procedure. 

  • Excessive exercise should be avoided the day of your appointment.

  • Please refrain from using retinol or harsh chemicals on your face for 1 month prior.

At Your Appointment

  • Please arrive at your appointment on time, ensuring you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive earlier, you may need to wait outside as we may still be servicing another client or occupied. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and an additional booking fee will need to be made to secure a new slot.  â€‹

  • If this is your first visit or you're undergoing a new treatment, you will be required to read and sign our terms and conditions before the treatment is performed.

  • We will explain the process and then measure and outline your brows. Once you are happy with the shape we will then begin cosmetic tattooing your brows.

  • Every effort will be made to ensure symmetry however it is not always achievable as clients are to understand that our faces are not symmetrical.

  • You will be given an ointment and precise aftercare instructions to follow. 

  • Your permanent makeup Top Up should be booked prior to attending your initial appointment as availability is often limited due to demand.

Cancellation Policy
  • Booking fees are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment please ensure you do so 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your booking fee and you will need to pay another booking fee to secure a new appointment. 

  • Payment details are safely secured. In the event of a No Show or Cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the outstanding service fee

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, you will not be refunded any payments. All payments are final.

  • A maximum of 1rescheduled appointment is allowed. Any additional rescheduled appointments will mean you forfeit your booking fee. The booking fee can only be transferred to the same service. 

  • Rescheduled appointments must be rescheduled within 7 days of you notifying us of your cancellation and must be rescheduled to an appointment within 2 months from your original appointment date.

  • In the event we need to cancel your appointment your booking fee will be transferred to a preferred available appointment slot or your payment returned.

  • If you attend your appointment and you decide not to go ahead with the service or if we can't agree on the desired pre-draw of the brows, a fee of £50, in addition to your booking fee, will become payable to cover our time and any products used. 

  • Continual abuse of our time and business which includes continuous lateness, numerous reschedules/ cancellations or any type of disrespectful behaviour will also result in a cease of our working relationship and no future appointments can be made with Amor Brows.

  • ​We ask you to notify us straight away if you are too unwell to attend your appointment. If you display any symptoms of flu at your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and your payment forfeited. We work in close proximity of your face so we ask clients to be considerate of this.

  • Whilst we appreciate life circumstances can get in the way of plans, these policies are in place to protect our business and by booking with Amor Brows you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
